We collect only the information necessary to operate our services: name, email, and the WhatsApp Business account data you connect (phone number, business account ID and message templates), as well as the content of customer conversations managed through the platform.
2. How we use data
We use the data to authenticate users, connect and manage WhatsApp Business accounts, send and receive messages, sync message templates and provide customer support through the omnichannel inbox. We do not sell your data.
3. WhatsApp / Meta integration
propix integrates with the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) using a server-to-server System User access token. Message and template data is processed solely to deliver the messaging service you request.
4. Data sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform) or when required by law.
5. Data retention and security
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and is protected with industry-standard security measures.
6. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
